Area of Focus / Clients
My clients are motivated to change. They know that there is “something more” for them in their work and life, yet don’t know how to get what they desire. With some clients, I work on career and life transitions. The transitions they are going through vary greatly from client to client. I also work with people who want to de-stress and want to find balance in their life. Skilled at helping individuals discover out-of-the box possibilities for themselves, my clients typically emerge from the coaching experience excited about the direction they are going and with a plan ahead.

Reenu helps clients discover their brilliance through change. Rather than just surviving change.

No Manager wants to lay off staff, but sometimes that remains the only option especially during a recession hit period. When a layoff is the only option, the employees who leave, and the ones who are left, feel more confident if the boss is able to handle the situation with genuine respect & care. Employees get demoralised quicker when they watch their former colleagues, shown the door abruptly..

Holding on to pain doesn't fix anything. According to Stanford University research, seventy thousand houghts travel through our mind each day, holding on to one and feeding it, will not help... A grudge, a feeling, a memory, an experience these are the thoughts we hold onto from the past. Replaying the past over and over again doesn't change it, and wishing things were different doesn't make it so...

Past is something which constantly keeps on coming back to us in different pleasant or unplesant memories & more so when it was an unpleasant experience. Mistakes we've made that we regret or that make us feel bad about ourselves. Anger about something someone did to us. Frustration about how things have progressed up until now. A wish that things turned out differently. Stories about what happened..
