Reenu Sahore is a certified Life Stree Coach, Stress & Relationship expert,Lifestyle & Mindfulness Mentor and Founder of, Stressfreeall, coaching and consulting website. Reenu did her life coaching degree from COE, And became a certified coach in NLP from Mindbridge Trainings with Marilou & Jerry Seavey. She also is a Certified Member of The International Coach Federation. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from CSJM University, India. For several years, she worked as an educationist, facilitating learning strengths and creative talents of students of different age groups. She has worked as an Education Consultant and Creativity enhancer in IB and British curriculum schools.
Reenu brings outstanding interpersonal and mindful living skills. She is experienced in Mindfulness (MBSR) & Lifestyle coaching and Mentoring ,which can bring organizational & communication effectiveness in work and personal life, community development and  mindfulness work ethics. She builds connections with innovation and impact to enable individuals and groups to prosper and grow. 
A combination of life experience, education and work history shaped Reenu’s Coaching and Consulting practice. The ability and inability for people to handle change, intrigues and challenges Reenu to use her best skills to help a client shape his/her future. She is also fascinated with human potential and the spirit it takes to maximize it. Her style reflects a balance between intuition and practicality, in the various methods and techniques she uses to help people achieve their best. 
Coaching Experience
She began as a coaching consultant in 2010 and also worked as a wellbeing coach. Having recognized the importance of supporting parents in their child raising experience, she broadened her interests into parent coaching. She coached students on their professional development and coached private clients going through a life, relationship and career transition and those who are interested in developing their general wellbeing and holistic lifestyle.

Area of Focus / Clients 
My clients are motivated to change. They know that there is “something more” for them in their work and life, yet don’t know how to get what they desire. With some clients, I work on career and life transitions. The transitions they are going through vary greatly from client to client. I also work with people who want to de-stress and want to find balance in their life. Skilled at helping individuals discover out-of-the box possibilities for themselves, my clients typically emerge from the coaching experience excited about the direction they are going and with a plan ahead.
