I am a holistic integrative nutrition health coach, the author of Tikkun Olam In The Kitchen™ and founder of Tools for Health Coaches™. I offer unique approaches to creating a health and wellness lifestyle based upon the teachings of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition which supports a coaching style that offers sustainable, spiritual and a healthy self. I borrow the primary theme for my coaching programs from my personal interpretation of what "Tikkun Olam" means and the potential this concept holds. To heal, repair and transform the world. One that enable us to transform our lives by creating positive changes within self, and ultimately the world around us. Individually and collectively, we hold the ability to heal ourselves and the world. My book and the development of my unique health coaching programs are the result of an ongoing vision of mine for many years, witnessing the power of my own transformation in all areas of life that provide me with meaning, purpose and a mission. With Tools for Health Coaches, I help other wellness professionals develop their online businesses.

I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.

My personal journey towards an optimum health and wellness lifestyle, along with my training, has equipped me with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and preventive health and well-being. Drawing on these skills and my knowledge of different dietary theories, I help others make lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
